Since 1992, Andy has been involved in the financial industry, with experiences banking operations, management, strategic planning, and valuation assessment. Currently serving as a Financial/Business Analyst, Andy has utilized his unique skills to help produce cost saving management strategies. In addition, Andy is currently enrolled at Arizona State University West in pursuit of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and concurrently enrolled at Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management, in pursuit of a Master's Degree in International Business. Andy has also served on the Supervisory Committee of U-Haul Federal Credit Union, as well as Chapter President of the American Society of Engineers and Architects, winning several prestigious awards while encouraging the continuation of mathematical studies of high school students. Andy also enjoys serving others in various volunteer opportunities with national and local charities.
Gail Lee Chen
Gail Lee Chen was born in Jacksonville, Illinois and moved to Arizona in
1975. Gail is currently enrolled at Arizona State University West seeking a
degree in Criminal Justice Studies. She plans to continue her education in
either Law School or a Masters Program. Her desire is to help people and
she hopes in whatever direction her education goes, it will take her into a
position that she is able to serve and help people in need. Mrs. Chen spent
19 years in the ophthalmic field as a licensed dispensing optician and
served three years on the Arizona State Board of Dispensing Opticians, one
and half as chairperson. Gail is known for her abilities as a volunteer
event planner and organizer. Mrs. Chen is a loving mother of two and a
wife. Gail's contributions to the Mozelle Foundation include her 19 years in the
medical industry and her insight on continuing education.
Alean Cook
Alean, who prefers to be called Lena, is known for her proficiency in mathematics/computer technology
and her ability to handle multiple projects effectively and creatively.
Lena graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2002, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Lena is currently working on her Masters in Computer Information Systems at the University of Phoenix. Lena worked at the N.J. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Service as a volunteer and was a contributing member of the NJIT/Education Academic Enrichment Program, NJIT/Family Literacy Action Program, as well as a coach in NJIT/Newark Literacy Campaign. As an undergrad she was a NJIT/ Undergrad Research Assistant and Computer Science tutor for the University Learning Center. Lena worked for PSEG Power LLC and Nabisco where she received a Nabisco's Innovation Award. Upon graduation Lena became a Certification Assistant for a Technology Publishing Company. Lena has practiced and proven experience in C++, C, TCP/IP, HTML, SAP R3, SPSS, SQL, VAX assembly. Lena now spends her day's teaching children at an alternative high school, shaping minds and personally giving them hope of a brighter future and spends her nights studying for her classes for her Masters Degree. Lena is a true a complete example of Solving With Giving, the Mozelle Foundation model in the flesh.
Nora Flores
Nora Flores has over two decades of management experience as an operations coordinator, retail researcher, corporate manager, finance process manager and auditing supervisor. In addition, she was involved in pioneering many financial strategic and operational plans for the banking industry. Nora’s unique professional background has supported personnel, systems, and process management in financial, retail, and hospitality world. Ms. Flores is originally from Northwest Indiana and says her greatest accomplishment was raising a Marine. Nora has volunteered for both local and international charitable organizations supporting many causes including the Special Olympics. Nora speaks Spanish and English fluently and often acts as a translator for the foundation. Nora’s greatest contribution to the Mozelle Foundation is providing insight into the importance of soft skills in being a success in today’s job market arena.
David M. Gray
David Gray is a native of Arizona with a technical background in Engineering and Internet technologies. David holds a Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Arizona State University East. He served as a member of ASU's chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and was involved with various service projects involving higher education for youth. David currently works as a Software Tool Engineer in the Aerospace industry and is pursuing certifications in Internet and computer related fields.
Anthony E. King
Anthony has been involved in the technical arena since 1994 graduating high
school with a pre engineering diploma from George Westinghouse High
School. His education continued on with graduation from ASU East
Electronics Engineering program. Anthony served as member the National
Society of Black Engineering (NSBE), where he performed as a Senator
representing ASU's chapter in local and national voting. Anthony has also
been an active member in the community in various programs through
NSBE, encouraging the scientific exploration of high school students
through visits to local schools and the Kathy Preacely program.
Leena Roshni Prasad
Leena Roshni Prasad was born in the Fiji Islands, where Hindi is one of the native languages and migrated to United States at the age of 10 in the late eighties. She spent her first eight years in America in California where she learned her second language, English. Leena attended California State University, Stanislaus, where she studied Biology. Leena moved to Phoenix in 1995 and attended High Tech Institute which she graduated with an Associate of Science in Aviation Communication. While in school, Leena managed to work at Orangewood Retirement as a Dietary Tech and as an Activities Assistant at Scottsdale Retirement Center developing continuously her people and soft skills. After graduating from High Tech Leena worked at ST Microelectronics as a Manufacturing Tech and continued her education at Paradise Valley Community College, finishing her pre-requites for the Computer Science Program. Leena was then promoted to Process Engineering Technician at ST Microelectronics after several years of manufacturing experience. Leena graduated in 2002, with her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix with specialization in programming and operating system. Leena, after eight years of service and education is now an Engineering Specialist who enjoys volunteering with the Mozelle Foundation and traveling to Australia frequently.
Katrina J. Rivers
Katrina J. Rivers has a decade of industrial experience as an operations coordinator,
manufacturing researcher, corporate trainer, maintenance/processes engineering and production supervisor.
In addition, she was involved in academia developing strategic and operational plans for recruitment and retention,
and served in an advisory capacity to several student chapters of professional engineering societies.
Katrina's unique educational background supports personnel, systems, and process management in the global technical community. Katrina earned a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and complementing graduate degrees in Industrial Management and International Business from Northern Illinois University and Western International University, respectively. Katrina volunteered for both local and international charitable organizations supporting the following causes: educating American inner-city and rural parents about the importance of immunization; visiting and sending care packages to international orphanages; cleaning and preparing low income housing for occupancy by parents participating in self-improvement programs, visiting convalescence homes, assembling care packages for soldiers, and feeding the homeless. Katrina was an Indiana Hoosier Scholar, and was a recipient of the Northern Illinois Woman of the Year Award.
Heli E. Walker
Heli E. Walker was born in Finland, and initially came to the U.S. 20 years ago, as an exchange student. Since then she has made
Phoenix her permanent home, and now works in the mortgage lending industry. Her passion is to help people actualize the American
Dream – home ownership. Her previous work experience, both in the US and in Europe, includes project management, operations
coordination, banking, providing employment counseling to immigrants, as well as teaching English to adults. Heli graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University in 1996. As a volunteer she has visited nursing homes
and worked with at risk children. Presently she is involved with a neighborhood Block Watch program that aims to build
community and promote safety for all the residents.

Mike Meyers
President and co-founder of Total Seminars, LLC, Mike Meyers has been involved in the computer and
network repair industry for almost 20 years as a technician, instructor, author, consultant and speaker.
